I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Old Smithy Inn for a weekend getaway, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my high expectations. the late check-out option was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings without feeling rushed. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping us cozy and comfortable throughout our stay. the tea and coffee facilities were top-notch, with a wide selection of beverages to choose from, making mornings a delight. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely terrace attached to our room, where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful views with a cup of tea in hand. the garden furniture was a nice touch, adding to the overall charm of the property. the free toiletries provided were of excellent quality, adding a luxurious touch to our stay. The electric kettle in the room was a convenient addition, allowing us to make hot drinks at any time. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the variety of channels kept us entertained. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for its impeccable service and delightful accommodations.
